Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the following terms:
1.Return & Exchange Window
– You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
– Items must be in new or slightly used condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
2. Return & Exchange Process
1) Contact us at admin@sportmy.shop within 30 days.
2) Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
3) Once approved, please send the item to our Singapore returns address:

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
– Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and approve your returned item.
4. Exchanges
– Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery.
– If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or product, please specify this when contacting us.
– Replacement items will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned product.
5. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Gift cards
– Customized or personalized items
– Intimate apparel or swimwear (if opened)
– Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
6. Damaged or Defective Items
– If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
– We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
