Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Time
Orders are shipped via Singapore Post.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Charges
– Standard Delivery: SGD 5 per order
– Free Delivery: For selected promotions or orders above 20 SGD
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
You can track your parcel directly on the Singapore Post website.
Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting admin@sportmy.shop . Once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Damaged Items
Although we take great care in packaging, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without penalty. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
